Having the ability to communicate and interact more effectively with the people you work and interact with has never been more important to your career success or the overall success of your organization than now. In light of the diverse conditions present in today’s workplace, the key to communicating and interacting more effectively is to understand your communication and listening style and that of others. Having the ability to modify your style to be better understood, regardless of generational and gender differences, is an empowering skill. We are not born good communicators but we can learn to be. This workshop will teach you how.
