Lets Get Focused On Teams

Whether you work in formalized teams or on your own, your overall success relies on your ability to work with others. Success is no longer dependent on your technical abilities alone. “Emotional Intelligence” now plays a more pivotal role in determining your overall success. The ‘team’ concept continues to evolve and is recognized by many industry-leading organizations as the key ingredient to increased productivity and reduced staff turnover. Working relationships with your internal and/or external customers are greatly influenced by your ability to communicate effectively. We are all born with a certain style; a certain style of behaving. In this workshop, you will learn about your style and the styles of others. By understanding your own style and learning to recognize it in others, you will be able to use that insight to help build collaborative teams, improve communication, reduce conflict and enhance your overall performance as well as that of your team. The key to building collaborative teams is to communicate and interact with team members in a style that they like. This workshop will teach you how.
