Leadership is necessary in any size of group or enterprise. Groups may have a single leader who is capable of performing several leadership roles, or there may be multiple leaders who each handle a different leadership function. Some group members choose not to lead but are interested in selecting good leaders based on their own feelings and perceptions about what leadership is. The one element that all leaders seem to have in common is that others recognize the value of their contribution and choose to follow them. Given the right set of circumstances, we believe that anyone is capable of leading. Your winning attitude and a willingness to learn will determine how successful you will become. By understanding leadership and the role it plays in organizations, you can become a more effective leader. This workshop will teach you how.
